Wonderful artwork

Though the variety was a little distracting, perhaps tone the differences down a little....

This was really good for a first flash, nice song choice and timing, good artwork, the only major problem was that the animation was a little lacking.There were points where you used motion tweens instead of walk cycles, and that is really visually distracting from the story.

but the story was a lil slow for my tastes, most of the scenes seemed unnecessarily long. but the artwork was good and the voice acting was excellent. keep it up!

the only problems i see are the lack of sound, which i am guessing is due to the WIP nature of this, and the lack of a thumbnail image. I almost never look at anything without a thumbnail. Anyway, cant wait to see this finished!

Nice voice acting

and some of the artwork was very cool as well. however, there were a couple of flaws, for example, a majority of the animation was basically two frames long, i would suggest adding more in-betweens. and also, why did you even upload this trailer here if the full episode is already uploaded? for more publicity? it just seems rather redundant to me.

Totally redundant! But I'm making them for my own web site--so people popping in can just get a quick preview of an episode--and figured I might as well put them here since...well, since I've got them! Besides they do seem kind of handy, since you can't skip ahead in Flash (well, I'm not that sophisticated to make a skip control), if you aren't sure you want to invest in watching a full 8 minute episode, you can just check out the minute-long trailer to see if it'll be worth it.

Really I started making them because since my full episodes lately (as of episode 5) are too big to put here on NG (and deviantART, although actually I'm not sure if dA has a size limit...), I have to make small trailers for those...so I figured I might as well be complete about it and have trailers for all my episodes.

And yeah a little extra publicity couldn't hurt. :o

the whole concept of a bustling metropolis growing from little or nothing reminds me a lot of the game Black and White 2, which lucky for you is one of my all time faves. and i agree, the detail was absolutely amazing, could you estimate about how long it took you just to draw them? The only problem i noticed was some of the minor character animation was flawed, like his hair blowing in the wind was a little off. but seeing as this was such a small problem, i still gave you the full ten, you deserved it =D
